We prefer if you arrive early. We do understand that sometimes things happen. We just ask that you let us know if you are running late. First appointment with a new stylist is a very important appointment. Try to be early to that one.
We ask that you please tip your stylist in cash. If we charge the tip there is a processing fee, and it takes away from the appreciation you are showing your stylist for their excellence work. We appreciate your cooperation in this. We like to see our stylists recognized for their dedication to their craft.
If you cannot make your appointment please call us to cancel. Some people may think that calling is a waste of time, but the reality is that if you are a no-show you are preventing your stylist from being able to fill that spot. Our stylist think of you as a friend, and we love to see you! But if you cannot make it, please call and cancel. We do allow for a 3 hour cancellation policy.
Yes, we do take walk-ins. We try to get to our walk-ins as soon as possible. Scheduled appointments do have priority. It is best to book an appointment either online, or by phone.
Unfortunately, you have to trim it to grow it. We understand you don’t want to go too short. Just let us know how much you want trimmed to keep it healthy. Between regular trims, keep your hair as strong as possible with a weekly deep conditioner or mask.
Yes! We only use products we know and trust. All our products are safe and highly recommended throughout the industry. Currently we use Redken, R+Co and Oribe. We would never use anything on our clients that would harm them.

Although our stylists are very talented, they cannot train your hair to behave a certain way. Your hair’s behavior is determined by the hair follicle. No amount of blowdrying, combing, or styling can train your hair to grow differently. But, our stylist can show you some products and techniques to get the look you want.
First and foremost, stay calm. Let us know immediately what you do not like. When it comes to hair, everything is fixable. Cuts and colors can be tweaked to get the right look.
